Default Brake Lights HELP?

ive recently replaces my brake light switch in my 98 jeep cherokee and have noticed the my brake lights come on at different times like my passenger comes on in a snap like its supposed too but my driver side is very sluggish at coming on. Any advice on solving this matter?

Pull the bulb and check both it and the socket for corrosion.

Did you clean your grounds? There are 2 in the trunk (drivers side) under the trim panel that are often overlooked.

It certainly won't hurt and it's an easy and very inexpensive maintenance task.
