Brake Line Tips
Since y'all were so helpful yesterday with my upper shock bolts I figured I would go back to that well one more time.
These dadgum brake lines are giving me fits. The flaring tool wouldn't produce a good flare so I picked up a pre-flared line and that hasn't helped. Nothing I do seems to work. They all leak. I am to the point that it must be something I am doing wrong, but I have no clue what it is.

Poly Armor Pre Flared Lines
I just replaced the line coming from the distribution block to half way down the driver's side frame. I also replaced the line for the front circuit, as that had also rotted through. I used the pre-flared Poly Armor line you can get in the parts store. I also had to buy an adapter - bubble flair to regular flair, as the distribution block fitting for the front circuit had a bubble flair. Guess I got lucky, no leaks. This line can be bent by hand without kinking.
