Thanks. I'll check that. I have new wheel cylinders for the back that I was going to replace at a later time. They weren't giving me problems. Just thinking its old and have no idea if they are originals or not. I suspect they are. I should have done them when I did the rear brakes. But didn't. . Hindsight

Get some CRC Freeze-Off to spray those fittings to get them to break loose.

Forget all this "reverse bleeding" stuff and stick to the vacuum tool you have.

Was able to get the brake line bled, brakes working. Don't know why it was so difficult at the beginning. Then the last time I worked on it, was done in 20 minutes. Only thing I could think of was that there was some air or some crud blocking the line somewhere. I bled thru the line with new fluid. All clean and good.
The pedal is soft like it was but stops. I do need to replace the Master cylinder. For now, It's running, stopping and useful for short trips to the store etc. When have time, I will do the MC.
