So since its finally getting a little colder in florida, It rained today so i went to go home after work and i backed out of the parking space and just ever so slightly hit the brakes and they stopped like i slammed on them... Ok? So continuing i roll up to the stop sign and gently press them again and all 4 wheels locked when coming to the stop. Ok wtf? STOP IT!!! so once again continuing i come to the stop light and hit them again and this time the passenger rear brake locked up and skidded all the way to a stop no matter how i pumped the brakes they wouldnt stop doing this until a few hard multiple brake hits later it eased up. I know they get touchy after raining but this seems to excessive.

This is usually due to a light rust build-up on the discs/drums from the moisture in the air. The oxide layer adds friction to the braking surface, but once the pads/shoes have removed the layer, you get back to regular braking.
You're probably closer to the dew point at current temperatures, so more rust is building on the discs/drums than usual (in warmer months) while it sits.

Yeah, I've experienced it on several vehicles. If it's been damp out, I try to drag the brakes a bit before leaving the driveway, or at least close to home before getting out into the traffic and being surprised.

Mine usually does it in the rear. I have been moving at crawl speed through a parking lot and tap the break and one rear locks up and it sounds like I am skidding to a stop from full speed. I get really frightened looks from people walking in front of me ![Smile](https://www.cherokeeforum.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I have pulled the drums and blown out the brake dust and it goes away for a few days, but always comes back, especially when it is raining.
