Break Tire bead with no tire?

Of course.
Nearest town is 45 miles away, that's 90 miles there and back. With 30" tires soon to be replaced the ole XJ gets about 12 mpg, and the CJ with the 232 gets 9. It would cost me more in gas than the actual job. I dont know of any tire shops out here. Wal-Mart is about 30 mi.
