broke a hinge pin on my door putting them back on need help asap!

most people use grade 8 bolts...but i cut off my lower hinge first then pulled the doors off and that kept the pins in the top part of my hinge... so i just drilled out the holes on the jeep part and use the same pins... lol... i need to cut the pins shorter now though... they still hang down like where the old part of the hinge was... makes it harder to line up the pins with a heavy dang door....

i used clevis pins for my rear doors.. like this one-
i dont remember the size off hand but it fits PERFECT. tapped out the broken pin and slid the pin in place. i used red loctite to hold them in, and they've been there for almost 2 years no issues. if you have access to a welder a tack on the pin would work better than loctite.

well these are my factory doors. my moms bf is going to take the hinge to work tomarrow and do something to it thier to get it out. i need to find something that wont break to use as pins an ideas?
