I don't like where this is going....but as I check, my coolant sits at the add line and it's been a while since I checked it so can't tell if it's unexplained...is there a way to test my oil to see if there's coolant in it?

I think that Autozone, among others, have a kit to check for combustion byproducts in the coolant.
At least your oil doesn't look like chocolate milk. I have seen a very minor amount of foam in some of my oil changes, but not to that extent. I figured it's just air being stirred into it as it drops from the pan to the container. It soon goes away.
Yours looks like scum.

I'm thinking it is fuel contamination. The oil must be really, really thin to create bubbles like that.
A sticky injector that continues to leak fuel after the engine is shut off would do it.

Normal, sort of. That's not coolant that's just foaming from agitation. Fuel contamination will result in this. My oil looks the same. I'd run a compression test and check for leaky fuel injectors.

as for oil i use mobile 1 5w-30 full synthetic and ive had a leak issue so i had just put an entire quart into it. Haven't done an entire oil change for about 4-5k miles. im doing this one now for a rear main seal since the leak recently got to excessive on the highway i had to have my jeep towed back home. id say i lost about half my oil. when i got it back in the garage and checked dip stick it was at about half an inch below fill line.

I have seen this before when I started a cold engine and pulled it right into the garage and drained it. I think it just has something to do with it being a cold engine just running a minute.

Ohhh that makes sense considering it's been sitting for 2 weeks and is the first time I drained it without warming it up

If your level is a little over full, this can be caused by the crank churning up the oil. Is one major problem with over filling your oil!

So I gave a quart of my oil a whiff today and there's definitely a noticeable gasoline scent in it...how to I troubleshoot the injectors?
