Here are some pictures of what you have to look forward to if you need to replace the evaporator. A complete PITA job.

OMG-Bustedback. I see why the charge so much. They did my evap a year ago, to the tune of $689! That **** better now be leaking... I'm finding a new shop.

Thanks for the pics. Man that is intensive. I can do it, but the time is what is costly. I don't know when I'll have 6-8 hours of vehicle down time for that.
