I just got this thing, and i’m working my way though the issues that need attention on my 95 5-speed

For example, the A/C doesn’t blow very hard, and it seems to come out of all the vents, even if I just have it on front facing. Even with it blowing though all the vents, it’s not strong at all. I’m thinking maybe the blend door is stuck, but i’m not about to drop parts into this thing.

Any suggestions on where to start?

 

It's probably 2 problems.
1) the damper seal has probably turned to dust
2) the vacuum line going to your HVAC controls is probably broken. I know on the 97+ it's back by the passenger side on the firewall. Usually at the tee fitting.
