A/C problems. Please help, I'm melting...

Update to the update... So my compressor blew up. I went out on a camping trip and I guess driving on the freeway was too much because it burned up and spat melted plastic everywhere. I'm guessing the compressor is why my A/C sucked in the first place. Anywho, I replaced the it with a delete pulley until I can get some money for a new compressor. (Luckily the weather has been in the 80's and not 100's.)

No problem but that's really weird the only plastic around the compressor I can think of is the fan shroud, did something get freaky with the belt? Compressor & clutch itself are pretty much all metal the hoses are rubber & metal.
