Drill and tap a bigger size.
Drill weld drill and tap to original size.
Replace.
I would not use a helicoil in a brake part. Too much vibration and heat cycling.

Mine has one bolt that's bigger than the others. Threads strip out sometimes it happens.
Drill it out and cut some threads in it. Just make sure you use the same length bolts.
