Default Can’t find this part. Need help!

New to the forums. I joined because I can’t find this part anywhere and I’m hoping someone here could point me in the right direction.

I’ve been trying to fix the ac in my 1991 Cherokee Laredo, and I have a new condenser ready to go in but I need to find this hose for it. I’ve been to O’Reilly’s, Autozone, and NAPA, and I still can’t find this hose anywhere. I went to Pick’n’Pull and bought a replacement hose only to find out that the threads were barely stripped enough to prevent the darn thing from being the replacement I need.

I’m been working on this for days. I’m frustrated, burnt out, and almost ready to give up. Again, I’m hoping someone can point me in right direction.

This is the hose I need (this is the one I bought from Pick’n’Pull).

It’s supposed to go into the bottom of the condenser. If anyone knows where to find aftermarket or good condition oem replacements, please help me!

This is your compressor to condenser hose? Try Crown Automotive. P/N 4773308.
When you are having trouble finding parts, try Omix-Ada or Crown. They are/were both Jeep OEM suppliers.

I should’ve mentioned that this is the hose that goes from the condenser to the receiver. I already have a replacement hose for compressor to condenser.

Are you converting to 134a? Rockauto has a listing for that line for a 1995 XJ. Looks like the same shape but the 95 is a 134a system.

The first shot is the hose you need?

The two I see at Napa I don't think are what you need.
TEM 282054 and TEM 282053
Unfortunately in their descriptions they don't word it like the Jeep parts catalogs do.

Looks like the Mopar part number is 56004839.
The only place I could find one was here:

http://stores.zmjeeps.com/hose-56004839/

And I would not have a lot of faith in them actually having one.
Plus not showing a picture so you could compare is not helping.

Poking around on Ebay is not really helpful either.
Same thing as with Napa they don't describe the hose like the parts catalog does.

I could not find a Crown one but came across this on Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SLKVBPY/ref=au_as_r?_encoding=UTF8&Make=Jeep%7C42&Model=Cherokee%7C347&Year=1991%7C1991&ie=UTF8&vehicleId=22&vehicleType=automotive https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SLKVBPY/ref=au_as_r?_encoding=UTF8&Make=Jeep%7C42&Model=Cherokee%7C347&Year=1991%7C1991&ie=UTF8&vehicleId=22&vehicleType=automotive

Kinda looks like the first shot but says it does not fit a '91 XJ so....
Guessing it is the same as the line at Rockauto that Veeb0rg is referring to.

I have read that guys say you can have AC hoses made.
Google search made that look like that is true.

Honestly forgot Rockauto exists... But that looks exactly like what I need. And yes, I’m converting it to r134. Thanks for the help!

Personally, I would go to an AC repair shop that can make up hoses. They will be able to replace your hose on your current metal parts while you wait

That is what I did when I blended my v6 into the XJ. Didn't regret it a bit
