Cap and Rotor Swap Help!!

Model: Cherokee
Engine: I6 4.0L HO
So I replaced the cps...still no spark. Replaced the ignition coil...still no spark. Where to next? My jeep is pulling a code 054 which leads me to believe its either a bad ignition switch, bad computer module, camshaft sensor or HEM plate. Anyone know how to check these things to see if they work or should I just start with the cheapest part and work my way up?

Also the problem is (or was) intermittent. The jeep used to be able to start on occasion if I jumped it...which doesnt make sense to me how jumping it would be produce a start up from an ignition (no spark) problem. Now it wont start up at all no matter what I try.
