A friend of mine has 30x9.50 Mud Rovers on his Explorer. They're great tires especially for the price. I have (Federal I think) Runway Enduro M/T's in a 31x10.50 and I love them. Great traction, clean out well. Drives fine in rain/snow and they're 8 ply. Got the set installed for $500.

Ok. First thing needing to be said tha you ALWAYS get what you pay for. Cheap means unrelaible most times. I have personally seen 2 different treadwright tires seporate. One was the BFG style and it went at like 65 and did dammage to the vehicle it was on.
If you are going to be driving this on the highway or at speeds over 55 mph, please do not risk your life or ours with "maypop's" If a jeep flipps as speed very bad things happen... I personally had a swamper come apart at 60mph and it took my side mirror off and dented the drivers door.
Tire failure is no joke.
There are less expensive tires out there, but check feedback.
You can easily find decent 33's for 150 a tire.

I have 15s too. I was looknig at the Goodyear Wrangler MTR with kevlar. Looks like a great off road tires. I DD my jeep for half the year so I really like the Hybrid style. The price wasnt bad either.
