Exclamation Cherokee Gets hot when AC is running.

My 92 cherokee temp sits under half with no AC on. the heat and AC work great. I have my Electric fan wired with the fuel pump relay so it comes on and stays on while the truck is on. my fan clutch has little resistance when i spin my fan. my coolant lines are new, heater lines are good. heater core isnt clogged cus heater works great. rad cap is new. rad cycles fluid through fine. any thoughts?

Sounds like the fan clutch is shot.....plastic fan shroud intact/in place? How can u tell the condition of the water pump and rad?

I went through this a few years ago with my daughters Volvo. Replace the fan clutch and it should be ok.

As for water pump and radiator, not to sure. I've drained it a few times already and see fluid circulating when thermostat opens up. Fan shroud is busted in pieces and is no longer on there lol. I'll try the clutch when I can get to the auto store.

U really need the fan shrouds (both). ALL of the cooling system components must be in top notch condition, especially this time of year.
