This just happened to me in my 99. I checked the fuel pump fuses they were good checked power going back to the fuel pump also good. Then had a friend turn it over as I held in the valve steam type (tire air looking whatchamacallit) in to see if the fuel rail was getting fuel. No go. Just wanted to post how I figured it out so you can make sure your pump is ok. Well it still could not be providing enuf fuel presser. But if you have some it should kinda start. mine doesn't. There is a tool to test it and a parts store should have one on a loan a tool thinger. lol

 

fuses are good. fuel is good.

 

So you have fuel, I guess it is onto Spark now.

Edit: Even though you have fuel pressure you should still check your injector pulse.
