Ah, ****ty. I don't have shifts like that but I get paged for broken stuff... I know how that goes!
When you get home how about you take the IR gun and check the upper rad hose the area of the radiator where it enters?

Alright so here's an update.
The spark plugs were not what I expected at at all. They all look like the ones I have in the pictures. Is it normal for the color to be on one side of the spark plug?
I shot the upper radiator hose after I got home. It was 96°. The hose felt empty. I checked the bottom of it in case some coolant was leaking passed the thermostat but I felt no difference in the heat. Both the heater hoses were fairly hot, I neglected to check the temp on those though.

Upper radiator hose was 96 degrees at the radiator? Something's letting hot water through that shouldn't...
As for the plugs what's the gap on those? Color looks okay

I gapped them at 0.035 when I first put them in, that the right gap for the Champion coppers right?
Do you think that the thermostat is letting coolant leak through?
Also I forgot to ask, is it normal for oil to come out of the dipstick tube? You can see some of the residue on the spark plug wire.

Something sure is... You tested it, is it still good? Is it seated wrong?
Nope. CCV is probably clogged

What's gonna be the best way to clean out the CCV? I'll go ahead and check the plug gaps again. The stat I had in there was a Stant SuperStat, when I took it out I tested it and it worked properly. However I still opted to put in a Mopar to be safe(this was about two weeks ago), I tested it before I put it in and it functioned properly. I seated the stat into the recessed ring on the block, put the gasket on the housing and then torqued the bolts to spec, so I wouldn't think that it could be seated wrong. Can you put these in backwards? If so, maybe I did that? Today I drove about ten minutes on back roads and the temp gauge started to climb past the 150 mark but when I got on the highway it went directly back to the 150 line. Air speed through the radiator shouldn't make a difference if the thermostat is remaining closed though right?

So now I'm wondering if the fan clutch is bad. When you spin it, as soon as you stop pushing it, it comes to a dead stop. The actual pulley doesn't spin when you push it but its pretty hard to push the fan. I know the test is supposedly if it stops within one spin then the clutch is good but is it supposed to be that extreme?

Alright, another update. Hopefully I'm not flooding you with useless information today. During my search to solve this problem I came to the realization that my heater hoses were switched. I switched them around and ran it for about 15 minutes and there wasn't really any change but I didn't expect there to be. I pulled off the upper radiator hose also, it was empty. Looking into the thermostat housing it was filled about halfway with coolant, and through the coolant I could see the proper side of the thermostat so I didn't install it backwards. Now from what I've read, the thermostat does not create a perfect seal so its not abnormal to have some coolant in the thermostat housing correct? I also checked the coolant in the radiator and its still perfectly clean.

Sounds like your fan clutch is frozen to me. Napa is the only place I've found that has the correct oem part. Autozone has a GC part listed as the oem part.
