I have a question for everyone. Ok first off this is the second motor swapped into my 91 jeep except this time i used the long block out of a 99 wrangler with my intake and head off the 91 jeep. Now i have it all back together and it turns over 3-6 times then the alarm either flashes and goes off making it not start or it will sputter start 3-10 sec then alarm flashes and it all losses power. I have replaced fuses coil plugs plug wires ignition the icm cap rotor bug. I am totally confused and winter is here snow ice argg want to wheel but anyways anything anyone knows would help me alot my personal thought is the alarm system is activated and i dont have the stock alarm remote to shut it off so i dont know to diactivate that either. But any suggestions?

Sounds to me like it is the Alarm causing you to not start. Alot of Alarms have Anti theft that will disable the ignition if the alarm is activated, or if the Alarm has been reset you may have to get it re-programmed, Take it to a good Audio shop.
