Model: Cherokee (XJ)
Chrysler 8.25
I got myself a C.25 to replace the D35 and i decided to work on it today, check the condition, change oil etc.
I opened the cover and i got suprised a bit... Removed the mid bolt but i was unable to moove the pin in the middle. Went online to see how its done since i dont want to break anything. On all the videos i saw the pin gets off like instantly but not here, i tried hitting it a bit but it only mooved a quarter... Then i noticed that the carrier head i have is different than all the rest i saw. Its like closed and you are unable to see the on the right. Really do need your on this one.

Sorry, I can't answer your question about the pin.
That looks like a Sure-Grip limited-slip differential which came
in the XJ until 1993.
If you weren't expecting that, then here are some more things to ask:
What gear ratio does it have? Is that the ratio you have in the front?
