I had a very similar clicking that started after I had my brakes worked on. I took it back to the brake shop and they said everything was fine. I put up with it for 5 years because I didn't know how to fix it.

One day I filled up my transfer case and I haven't heard it since.

LMFAO, baby, Take a Midol, it'll be alright... Rotating tires doesn't kill u-joints... sometimes things are just coincidental. Don't have a heart attack.
