Clicking in the dash

do you hace rear wingow defogger the relay is there somewhere i just went and turned mine on it clicks when i do thius

Open the hood with it running and listen around the firewall. My evap system has a solenoid on the passenger side of the firewall close to the center that gives the exact type of click you are talking about.

I have what sounds like an electrical clicking in the dash just right of the steering column. The speed of the click is the same speed of the "pulsing" of the guages. And I accelerate the click gets faster and just the opposite when I decellerate. Is this normal? And does anyone have the same problem or might know what this is? Thanks for the help
