Clicking noise when i turn left?
Could this be my tie rod end on its way out? If so I guess it's time for the zj upgrade. It only clicks once though, doesn't sound like a crappy cv-joint ....

It sounds like ether the outter tie rod end. If it only does it will turning. You can check for blown out ones by seeing if it has any movement in the joint itself. So be very tight but still twist. If it was a cv you could hear it more often like hitting a bump. Another way to check your bearings is jack up that tire and see if there is any wiggle room in the tire push on top outter edge then the lower. Shouldn't move at all. Then left to right should be very little movement.

I would start by checking the track bar bracket on the frame. Try to get a buddy to look underneath as you turn the wheel. Also jack the front end up and try to move your tires everyway possible to just find some play in something. You'll find the problem eventually but i had the same problem and it was the track bar frame bracket being loose.
