I got my new drive shaft u joints today and dropped the front drive shaft out, went for a drive down and thought if I put it 4 hi I wonder if the angry sparrow sound is gone.....so I did and there was no sound...but 100 yards further down I heard a clunk.
What was that clunk? I read around and folks have said it is ok to drive 4 hi without front driveshaft....it doesnt do anything does it? I only did it for 100 yards and went back to 2 hi
