Code 32: Exhaust Gas Recirculation solenoid circuit. Open or short detected in the EGR solenoid system failure....required change in fuel/air ratio not detected during diagnostic test.
That being said, I can see that you have a 94 Cherokee, which does NOT have an EGR system. 91 and up don't have them.
Are you sure it is a 32?

I did that and its still giving me 32. Woud this code have anything to do with the jeep shutting off and not getting any voltage to the coil?

No. This code just doesn't apply to a 94.
If you got this code by the "key-on, key-off" technique, I would recommend that you get a code reader or a scan tool on there and see what that says.
So you do NOT have spark at the spark plugs?
If so, I agree that the crankshaft position sensor is suspect. I'd test it to confirm before replacing though as there are numerous causes for no-spark.

Engine: Check
I'd start at the main fuse block located right by the battery. But if it was random on/off it shouldn't be a fuse.
Try tracing the wire that supplys juice to the coil?
I had a 93 Blazer 4.3 that had similar issues. It was the ignition control module or something. Whatever was just before the coil.
