Default Rough Running Soon After 1st Driving

My water pump went out & I had to limp back home stopping every couple of miles to add water. It ran hot & would run rough or stall once I slowed down. New pump installed, plugs, wires, & pick-up coil. Any ideas?

1. What year/engine are we talking about? If 1996 or above, it's more helpful to get the full POXXX code with a scan tool or a code reader.

2. Were these codes BEFORE or after installing the pick up coil?

96, I6, 2WD

Codes cleared themselves. I tried starting it with the pick-up coil unplugged.
