your trackbar is too long.

ya if i got adjustable control arms from rustys will they be able to adjust shorter than stock arms? anyone know?

dude im having the same problem and i have rusty's sway bar n everything. i got the 6.5" RC lift and its pissing me off. i hope the allignment fixes this probelm i only need it moves to driver side like 1/2 " to stop it from rubbing.

I tend to agree with the track bar being too long train of thought. Post a pic or two from in front of the Jeep showing the entire front.

i agree with the track bar being at fault . this happend to the rear of my zj when the trac bar was to SHORT causing it to pull the spring close to the frame

Your axle is not centered right, the track bar is to long. Pushing the axle that way. What are you taking your measurements off of? If you cant get a perfect measurement you should take it to a alignment shop so there computer can set it up exact. Good luck bro

Im pretty sure ur supposed to take the top spacer off before you install the new one. It seems the old spacer is pushing your spring towards the center of the vehicle causing you to hit. I have the 3.5"RC kit on my 2000 xj with swar bar drop brackets and quicker disconnects and I don't have this issue. Then again I do still have a factory track bar.
