I agree that the stock set up is pretty good. I am currently using the stock set up except I have sealed it up and ran 3" tubing out the bottom through the fender and up the a-pillar. I also dropped in a K&N just for some extra airflow. Works great, I've put the whole hood under water with no leaks and no problems. Got all the parts (not including the K&N) at Home Depot for about $50. Beats paying $400+ for a safari snorkel.

i used a 6 inch peice of pvc pipe drilled a hole in it put a 90 degree breather in it then put the k&n filter in the pvc pipe and let it rest in the stock air box ive hit alot of mud and havent had any water problems
