A snorkel is probably the best cold air kit will add.

A snorkel is "true" cold air. The debate is that so called "cold air intakes" that are cone style and sit in the engine compartment do not in fact take in cold air.

For a snorkel, you can hit up eBay for a China version, spend several bills on an ARB safari snorkel, or you can fab one up yourself. Pretty sure you use the existing airbox, drill a hole in the fender, and run piping from the airbox, out the fender, and along the A pillar.

But to answer your question, there is no such thing as a cold air intake and snorkel combo. A snorkel (or a cowl intake for that matter) will give you the coldest air of all options.
