Compress End Link Bushing?
Wondering if anyones had to deal with this.
I picked up new end links and bushings but the bushings are pretty thick. Like so thick with the stab bar seated in between there's not going to be much room to get a nut on top. Is this normal? like should i just take some vices to the bushings until they compress enough to fit a nut on the top?
I went to a parts store to compare as i got these ones online and they sell a kit that has bushings that are significantly less thick, and would easily be able to get a nut on. And the parts store won't sell me just the bushings, id ave to get their whole kit for $33 each. Don't really want to spend aother $66. The ones i got are OEM.
I attached two pics. Im probably just going to try to squish them with vices. They're rubber by the way.
Any advice? Thanks guys.
