Yeah, I figured if I'm replacing the springs I might as well go for the lifted ones. So, that leads me to the next ?...with the OME leafs, what "duty" rating should I get? I do pack the back with **** sometimes, and occasionally pull a trailer...med. duty? (Ha! This site auto-edits the word ****....how funny!)
I checked out the Monroe sensatracks...much better price, and seem to get good reviews. Anyone know what part #'s to look for with the 2" lift? Also, I see they offer a "load adjusting shock"...maybe a good idea for the rear?
I certainly appreciate all the help here guys...I'm (obviously) new to all this.

I Got a Rubicon Express 2" with add a leaf, and installed it on my 94' the RE came with shocks, but i didn't like the AAL..... so I Ordered OME medium duty 2" leaf packs from quadratec. after I intalled everything, I put General Grabber AT2 31" 10.50 R15 tires on and they ran great no rubbing. I travel 4 hours on the PA Turn Pike every weekend at 65 to 75 mph. it rode great. hear is a pic...

I am not sure how much you're willing to spend.. but i ran pro-comp 2'' coil spacers in the front, pro-comp 2'' add-a-leaf in the rear along with 4 Pro-comp ES3000 Shocks.
I'm in high school, and that was the cheapest way to get my old 95' cherokee up.
Coil spacers and add-a-leaf ran about 150. & then i bought 2 front shocks. 30ea and waited.. saved up. bought rear shocks, again, 30ea. i was able to run 31'' BFG A/T's with NO problems. I rubbed a little bit on the control arm. but it wasn't bad at all. I felt no difference in the ride. Felt like stock. Had "stock" flex... but you said yours wasn't a "offroading" jeep.. so you won't need to flex a whole lot.
but when i came to the mud it kept up with the big boys on full setup. I have a few videos on youtube. NCPuddlePirate92 is the user.. and you can see for your self.
I am running a 3'' Rough Country lift on my new cherokee now, it was about 400 shipped w/ all the needed parts.
which ever, works best

I'm thinking 2" on 30" tires should be good for me. Just a bit more meat...
Looks like I'll be going with some 2" pucks up front with Monroe "sensatracks" and 2" med duty OME leafs with Monroe "load adjust" in the rear. Just need to figure out what specific shock part #'s to get with a lift...and tires...and...............

Thanks, Ill hopefully get to it soon...but I just got a bunch of motrocycle parts in the mail so I may be focused on that for a bit. Too many addictions, too little time (and $)!
