I have to postpone the exhaust for a minute.. Cant find a shop that does mandrel bending.. The nearest one is about an hour away.. and i finally got around to checking my CEL and pulled 6 codes.. yahh..
So now i have to change out my shift and tcc soleniods and see if that fixes my trans problem..

Update
Ok let me post an update in my dual header thread, didnt notice it was the other guys. Anyways for those just coming in...
Ive been in the process of doing a True Dual exhaust setup with H pipe. Finally got my *** up to billet design motor sports (Only place nearby that does mandrel bending)... 2.25" piping, one pipe off each bank of headers (2 banks) H-pipe was set just before each pipe went down each side of the Jeep, Both are matted to 2 FM super44 mufflers and turn out tips just before the rear wheels.. Cannot see exhaust from outside of vehicle, everything is tucked up nice and neat.
I will have vids and pics available as soon as the rain stops and the wind calms down. Heres a teaser for ya.. Also this was more of a test setup so welds dont look so good, and i thought the guy would bent the straight pipe w/0 cut and welds.. Ill will be going back or them to properly do the pipes but that wont be until i have suspension work done so i can have the pipes exit the back.

Its is in the way but not in the way of the drain plug and i just did a small overhaul on the trans, changed out all shift solenoids and replaced trans filter and fluids. so i wont have to worry about that for quiet some time.. but if im in need of removal of the pan all i have to do is unbolt the exhaust clamps and vuala i have access.. or i unbolt the trans mount and raise it up a lil and again vuala access. I thought this through before the install.. Ima rework everything later on to make it look very clean and have clear access to all under carriage components..

Tank you,
How many xj have you seen with TRUE dual Exhuast.. No y pipe or single in out mufflers on this baby.. As far a performance, flow tone, etc. Unlike any other. Ive never felt a jeep that has such great throttle response(Ford#19 yellow stick injectors) exhaust flow (pacesetter 2 3-1 outlets) as for that so called back pressure crap, its no need unless you run open down pipe which i did for a while and then you notice that lack of torque.. all i have to say is wow..
