Thanks, congrats to you as well. Boy and girl for me and the wife. shes due mid feb.

the hardware setup for nitrous is simple depending on how "smart" you want your system to be

Nope.. only one affiliated with exhaust is the post cat o2. The others were trans related. Shift solenoids and battery temp sensor. I still have two: STill the post cat o2(waiting to put my cats in there) and the other is for vehicle speed sensor( tranny was eating gears so im leaving it out for now.. have the part but dont wanna see another 40 bucks go to waste)

The codes were pulled prior to dual system installation.

then you would want to wire up pressure switches for line pressure and fuel pressure, along with a WOT switch (i recommend this over a button) and an arming switch. along with an RPM window switch. it is also posible to wire up a additional injector system and an msd timing retard box to come active when nitrous is used, if you desire that serious of a setup.

but for a 50, you could get away with a WOT switch, arming switch, and fuel pressure switch. as long as you understand what knock sounds like and know which rpms to activate the spray in.

i run a micro switch on my throttle in my nova with just arm switch in the car...very simple plate system bottle in the trunk w/small aux fuel tank i run 112 octane fuel in w/seperate pump and a timing retard on my msd...you don't want a "go button" one more thing to do when you are driving..and you aren't taking it easy if you are on the squeeze... i'm not sure how to get the jeep to retard its timing for the juice but i'm sure it can be done

what about your MAP still holding 4.6V +/- ?

jeeps use a speed density sys instead of mass air.. its not fun too tune. and i dont think the DRB3 will help you much..( i not sher tho )

your map is used to calculat injetor pulse width, spark adv programs, shift point strategies, ect ALSO provide data on incomeing air/fuel..

your o2s are used too adj injetor pulse and to have that 14.7 to 1.... ect ect

i hope your exhaust gets done right.. yeah you can make any jeep start run and drive.. but is it going to that efficienc? pass emissions?

Hey hey hey... Newb or not I'm pretty sure you started this thread with the intention of people opinions. I did in fact read all these pages, thinking its a great idea. I don't however see any improvement with the mods you've made. I just noticed you're in Florida, I'm stuck in california and rock crawling mode . Exhaust means nothing when you're wantin to go slow. I can't wait to see the aftermath of your creation. Don't attack the newb because you've caught alot of flak from other posts.

well i knew the crap would come but not after i already did the exhaust, plus you came in at the wrong moment. The other knowit all was hitting the wrong button that day.. But no worries. Improvement cant be seen over the internet or by video. Unless i show dyno results, but no need for those. No yet atleast. i have a side thread of my building process, not worthy of posting it yet but once i get a few other mods done then ill have the build thread available. Im just on here most of the time to help out others.

Welcome to CF and the amount of crap youll run into in the future lol

The day i want to get it done, ill hit you up and if you want ill drive up to jacksonville since you know what to do. Im still hesitant about nitrous so ill feel somewat better if im watching and learning from an experienced person.
