It seems like this time of year even mediocre fans would be adequate.

Also, water pump has been mentioned but have u actually verified/tested the t-stat operation/fully opening? I've seen faulty brand new t-stats.

It had a brand new oem style from napa radiator when I bought it. The three row has helped a LOT but it will still overheat on hot days going really slow uphill for a while.
