ok thats good to know,,

when i bought the jeep, the a/c didnt work,,, How can I figure out if my a/c compressor is working or if im out of freeon.

With that said, should i remove my a/c condenser? i kind of like it there, it blocks mud and whatever getting into the rad

there are two wires on top, the one on top in this pic, is a ground, the other one is a power.. Tap the power wire to the battery and the clutch should Engauge.. do this with both the factory Pipes disconnected on the unit and it should drain the outlet one of all the factory Fluid. i doubt its bad.. they rarely go bad.

You don't have to. But if you are having cooling issues you might find it is partially plugged. Mine was with lots of little tiny gravel from icy roads.

just a couple tips....

air coming out of the sanden air compressors is HOT.

the tubing MUST be rated at +500 degrees or it will melt.

also, sanden compressors work fine when lubricated...but don't expect much more than 5 years out of them running as air compressors, and if you do get more than 5 years out of them, you have been extremely **** about lubing it, or you haven't used it much (haha...that could be taken out of context...)
