I was referring to the "catch most of it" part, he obviously doesn't know what he's in for. If he did he never would never have started the thread.
So far as I know this forum was to help people learn how to make repairs.
You probably should check out one of the fishing sites, they have all sorts of tips on trolling.

Okay so just to be clear i need:
1.Radiator
2.Upper and Lower Hoses
3.Water Pump And Fan clutch
4. New Thermostat
5.About 2 Gallons of 50/50 Antifreeze
Flush the block through the t-stat hole out the water pump hole (removing both obviously), remove both tubes for the heater core and flush it both ways.
Oh and make sure if a drop of antifreeze gets on the ground call EPA Asap??

....and new rad cap. FWIW, here's what I do.....since there will be a little water still remaining in the head/block/heater core, the 1st gallon of coolant I add to the rad is straight coolant. That way the water that has remained in the system doesn't further dilute a diluted 50/50 mix. Then finish it off with 50/50 mix. Since the 4.0L is a iron motor, I would rather be slightly strong on coolant for the added corrosion protection and water pump lube.

Yeah, used distilled water. Kroger, Ingles, Aldi, and Food lion all have it. I can put my tap water in a bowl, let it evaporate and it'll have a 1/8" crust of calcium/limestone and God knows what else on it and I'm on city water.. I don't like the thought of that grinding up my WP seal.
