Coolant leak.
My xj leakin lil coolant . Its either radiator or upper radiator hose. Have coolant trickling out the hose I tightened it up it stopped for fee days now leaking again. I looks like its comin out the bottom . Imma guess if the radiator is cracked itll all leak out abd constant leak. Maybe start with replacing the hose?

Well feel the hose for any cuts or cracks that may have the coolant leaking from it. squeeze the hose and see if you leak when the vehicle is off. Does it leak at all temps?

You could start with that, I had a similar problem. Mine only leaked while driving, but was not a hose. Had a crack right down the main seem of the radiator. It can be cracked and not leak when its not running. Has the same trickle effect, but then stops.

If ya can see the leak thats probably where its coming from. BUt that upper hose depending on where leak is specifically could b cuz the radiator is bad, or could jus be the hose. Also depends on your financial situation and amount of time. I can never get **** done on my jeep cuz i have no time and get by in my small college town without a car. But the whole radiator aint too costly if ya do it yourself

Time to get dirty. With a hot engine and a good light, perform a comprehensive inspection. Pay special attention to all hoses, the seams on the radiator and the water pump weep hole.
Tolerate NO leaks. Small leaks can turn into huge leaks in a microsecond, and then you have much bigger fish to fry!
