Looks like you will be having to pull it again and make sure that it isn't warped or you don't have any hairline cracks. You can check if it's warped with a straight edge.

Also...One of the head bolts is suppose to get sealant on the threads, could that be it? ...Also, are you sure it was flushed well, Could it be residual moisture from before?

For me personally, whenever I have changed a head gasket I find it is imperative to have the head and valves checked by a reputable machine shop. A simple visual check is ineffective in spotting minute imperfections that can have major effects on engine performance. Just my opinion.

when you have a blown head gasket, the water turns to steam and causes very high temperatures. Aluminum cylinder heads can lift from this pressure, and when combined with the heat, they can and frequently do warp (even slightly) and it won't necessarily be visible to the naked eye. Yank the head and take it to a decent machine shop and pay to have them check to make sure it isn't warped. If it is, have them machine the surface to true it up, and have a valve job done while it's out before reinstalling. And, use a new head gasket when putting it back on. Small price to pay to save the engine.

(OP: this happens to cast iron heads too, but not quite the same degree. It needs to be checked. Also your torque wrench uses lb-ft not in-ft right?

any time you remove a head, for whatever reason, you should spend the few bucks to have it checked for peace of mind. Plus, I hate doing work twice, and R&R a cylinder head more than once is well worth the cost of having the head checked imho
