Cooling system issue
When I drive up a hill, or it is really hot out, or I am in stop and go traffic, the temp creeps up to around 220 (about halfway between 210 and the next mark on the gauge). If I kick on the heat it drops almost immediately to 210. If I get out on a flat road, after 5 minutes or of driving at 50mph+ it'll go back down. I replaced the water pump a couple of months ago so that's not an issue. I only started noticing it in the last month or so as the temps here have gone up to where I don't use the heat in the morning. Is it the radiator, or thermostat or some other issue? Thanks. Everything is stock and the mixture is 50/50.

Is it automatic? If so it can be from your tranny heating up the rad, you can always add a cooler and remove the lines from the rad. I did this on my 92. I installed a cooler and a fan on the top of my hood. Worked great!
