You should be fine. Just be extra vigilant with coolant system maintenance. My 0331 cracked at 172K miles without any prior overheat. I saw the crack and swapped it as soon as the coolant level started dropping in the reservoir bottle.

Update: I have the jeep back and it the block and head were cracked. Both cracked between cylinders 3 and 4. Happened around 129k miles. New block and head are in and it runs great.
