Crank no start

I was on the trail and hit a decent size bump Jeep shut off and didn’t want to start cranks but doesn’t start and the electric fan stays on when I turn the key no spark or fuel pump won’t kick in changed the CPS ignition coil fuel pump checked all relays what else should be looking for?

Put on a nonconductive glove. Have someone turn the jeep over. Wiggle the wiring harness across the top of the engine well, by the passenger compartment. If it doesnt start there, wiggle other covered wires. Repeat till you find your short.

Broke ground wires/straps? I'd inspect for that at the usual locations. Battery tied down well? It might have broken the fender ground wire from the battery negative post.
