Default Crank no start plz help

so ill start at the beginning, bought the jeep with a no crank no start. clean battery conec and got it to crank but still no start. when i turned the key to start it would blow the 20 amp pcm fuse. 2 weeks ago i got it to stop blowing the pcm fuse with that, i replaced the CPS (OEM from jeep) replaced the PCM re flashed to my vin plug and play basically, so with all that being replaced my friend came over and got it started with starter fluid, so guessing a fuel problem, next moring i go out to try to start it again on starter fluid. no start and threw a P1694 code, went ahead and replaced the fuel pump it has good pressure now, but was still getting that code and wouldnt get spark, so the distributor was nasty had carbon build up and what not so i replaced the cap and rotor and still no spark. today i went out there and no the PCM fuse is blowing again but this time it blows once i turn the key. i still have a code but cant read it with scan tool cuz fuse keeps blowing im guessing. the very last code i had pop up before the fuse starting blowing was a P0443 code which is evap. please help, ive put 1500 in this this so far and i cant sell because of title loan, and i want it as a DD please help

That 20 mp fuse is most likely your ASD (auto shutdown) fuse. I think it's the only 20 amp under the hood. Different parts of the ignition circuit are connected to that fuse. I had a problem with a fuel injector wire pinched by the throttle cable bracket. It shorted to ground and blew that fuse. The fuel pump is also part of that circuit. I would double check your install for any shorts in the wiring.

Here is an article about the ASD circuit: http://www.allpar.com/fix/codes/sens...-shutdown.html

I would check all the injectors to make sure there are no shorted wires. Then check the coil to make all the wiring looks right.

Do you know if i can test the two slots for the fuse and see if theres a short in that part of the harness. ive tested the wires to the pcm and they tested perfect at 5 ohms. thank you

Hello I have a 89 jeep Cherokee 4.0 I had no spark no fuel. It went to garage and had tow it back home. So I grab my meter and start ohm and voltage testing one wire at a time fixed and added grounds. Like everyone says it is a very bad set up. I studied wiring diagram for a very long time before I started testing. So my b + latch relay is not working if I jump it they way it supposed to be it will fire right up. Connection at ecm is good and the relay has 12 volts from battery and ground is checking out. I understand that it powers computer after key is turned off for about 5 second. If anyone would please send me in right direction I'll do whatever you think needs to be done. Thanks for your time if you think I should post somewhere else please tell me and thanks for any and all help.
