I tried to do the driving break in but it is super slow. Floored won’t go over 35 and doesn’t seem very confident when shifting. (Automatic) any ideas on why? Replaced tps and reset tv cable

Hook a vacuum gauge to the intake. Or use a bluetooth OBD2 reader. Either way, you need to see what the manifold vacuum is doing. It should read at least in the high teens at idle. Snap the throttle quickly to wide open, then shut. The vacuum should go away and return to the previous value just as quick. If it hangs out at 0 or very low for a while, it's a plugged catalytic converter.

where do I attach the vacuum gauge? The throttle body where the air box would attach? Or one of the small vacuum tubes

Unplug one of the smaller ports on the intake manifold and plug the gauge into that. If the needle flops to zero and lazily comes back up to original when you snap the throttle, it's probably a plugged cat. You can slightly unbolt the exhaust and try again. As in, let it hang by the loosened bolts. Try the test again. If the needle snaps back to original when you blip the throttle, you have confirmed an exhaust restriction.

did the vacuum test on the fuel regulator and it was idling at about 12 vac and when snapped throttle it went to zero then pretty quickly up to 0 so I think that it is all right. When I tried to test it on the MAP? I think. When I unplugged that vacuum hose it died.

it also seems to be running very rough
not sure if this was a problem before. I attached a video hopefully you can hear what I’m talking about.

just threw some stabil and a few gallons and it seems to run alright but still the no speed and nothing over 1000 rpms.

looking for a Jeep specialist in the seattle area at this point let me know if you know someone
