Default Curious About my Newly purchase 93 XJ

I just bought a 93 XJ sport (147k miles 4.0L) off of craigs very little rust. I have been getting back into shape. It looks like the radiator was replaced and the pressure cap is a 18lbs motorad cap. It's leaking. When to oreilly's a the said it was 13LBS cap but the cap says 18lbs. I have a 18lbs cap now and waiting for the XJ to cool down to install it to see if it fits. I see spec's for the cooling from 13PSI-18PSI I am hovering right above 210 maybe 215 at idle. It will never dip below 210 in when the temp runs from 80-90's. I have not heard the efan come on except when AC is on since the new fan clutch and new shroud.

A couple of questions

Should it ever drop to 200 even when the efan come on? It will drop to 210 and not farther. Does anyone have a pic of the fan relay switch and the efan temp location?

trying to get the steering stabilizer off and the bolt is rusted in place and been soaking for a week with PB blast and the sucker wont budge. Tried the BFH and tried twisting it I don't want to damage the tie rods. What else can I do to get this sucker off.

Parts replaced to date

-fan clutch
-fan shroud
-shocks
-New Cat
-new Muffler
-new tranny fliud

Thanks

Fred

Just for what it is worth, my elec fan almost never comes on ( my a/c is also non-existent) but it usually tends to not need it. My gauge is also showing a higher temp than what my engine is running also (running around 196 and gauge shows about 212) the fan is controlled by a different sensor and I believe it comes on around 215-220 so your temp may not really be reaching that and is probably normal. The cap is definitely supposed to be 13lbs though. Even when my fan comes on the gauge does not go lower than 200, just shows that your thermostat is working. As far as the bolt, may have to heat it to break loose
