just drill a small pilot hole and either lag bolt them or self tap them! btw you can do it all with the spring still in

Do you fenders fold back under? I have the fat bushwackers and I think thats part of the problem.

I used rusty's extended bumpstops and 1 hockey puck on each side. For the rear, i removed the stock ones and added a 2x4.5" piece of alluminum tubing to the stock ones. Hopefully that makes sense

Yeah the rears are cut and folded but no more than just to the seam and the fronts are cut along the outline of the original fenders. I also cut and folded the seam inside the front wheel wells. That is a big help. But I think what helped me more than anything was the back spacing of the wheels. It gets them out just far enough to keep from rubbing inside. I have a friend with cut out Bushwackers and the only spot he rubs is the front right corner of the flare.

I used Gorilla Glue when I put the hockey pucks on mine. I scored the metal and the hockey puck surfaces really REALLY good. When I went to swap axles and needed remove them to put on the new axle I had to really beat on them to get them off. Like REALLY hit it with a 4lb hammer and extension.
