Now you have a starting point. Get the codes read and tell us exactly what it is, should be a P0xxx code (example,P0301 cylinder one misfire).

Do you know how long it's been since the spark plugs where changed?
I suggest you go ahead and replace them regardless.
Use NGK plugs, number ZFR5N. Check the gap on the plugs before installing. .035"
Do not use anti-seize on these plugs. Torque them to 27 Foot/Pounds.

I replaced the cool packs and spark plugs and a shop replaced some gasket cause a cylinder was still misfiring. Went to get it today and the guy said he did the best he could but one cylinder was still misfiring cause it was under compressed or something like that.
