Thanks for confirming the Fuel pressures results. I'll be working on the Jeep this weekend and post back.
Starting over basically. Check 'new ' cat for leaks. I think it is a bad cat converter. Should not be a problem with the shop that installed it. Good people. Then with the variety of O2 sensors I have , I'll back probe the sensor and see how it runs. The two white wires are the heater so I'll plug into the other two and read. Have a decent Fluke meter. Was going to borrow the Fluke scope-meter from work but it's off on a company business. But mine should tell me how it is reacting.

Back to trying to smog my Jeep. Had to let it sit. Have new Exhaust manifold. Flushed out the coolant system. New TStat. Previous new cap/rotor. New Plugs.
Will do a pretest again tomorrow to see my baseline.
I did rig in a switch to turn on the electric fan during the test. Hope it helps.
Want to end the smog nightmare. I may be Changing O2 Sensor tomorrow depending on my first run in the morning. Then run another pretest.
I read about 703 , 745 injectors. Clue me in? I'm sure I have original Injectors in mine. Is there a resistance check that can be done ? If so, I'll measure them. Maybe just put in new seals/orings.
Also read about BK44 fuel system cleaner. Who sells it?

If have to replace the Catalytic converter, which one. Had an issue with one the shop I usually use. Seems that one was defective. It had a leak in the inlet. He welded it up. I took it back to smog and it still failed. Wondering if that leak in front killed it. I drove it probably 150 miles.
Jeep's been sitting in my garage since Sept now since the last fail. I am kind of at the start again. Issues with previous leaking Exhaust manifold taken care of with new manifold. I had replaced the O2 sensor and catalytic converter before I found the exhaust manifold leak. Replaced the exhaust manifold but wondering if the O2 sensor is bad now since the manifold leak. As well as the Catalytic converter. And it did have a leak at the inlet.

I use Jefferson too. Ray's a good man.
I got hurt at work too. Finally back and working slowly on mine.

=================================
I'm doing a O2 Test on my 3 different sensors I bought at the start.
Here's a video of the Test of O2 Sensor for my Jeep. It is the original O2 sensor I had replaced at the beginning. Seems it is reacting. But is it behaving as it should?
In the video you can see the Tach and the voltmeter. No sound. Camera is messed up sound. I bounced around for the first few seconds. Sorry. I steady out after.

I Splice-Tapped into the O2 Sensor Harness and connected it to a digital meter. Set on DC voltage. I sat in the driveway in Park and rev'd. I was told the O2 sensors have to react really quick for Jeeps. It bounces around less than 1 volt at all rpm. I start at idle for a few seconds. Then rev to 2000rpm. Then up to 2500rpm. Back to idle. Is it reacting as it should? Next O2 Sensor will be tested.

Careful. Some are family. And they are all great.
Ray owns it. And the repair in front. Across the wall is Rick. Good honest mechanic. All good business buddies there. Been going there for 10 years now.

PASSED ! My Jeep PASSED. And very well. At half numbers for my year. Yeah.
List of things that did it.
1) New Exhaust Manifold- BIGGEST Problem. Forum told me that.
2) Flushed Coolant system. It was bad . Muddy. Flushed until everything was clear.
3) Replaced upper and lower hoses.
4) Replaced TStat
5) Added Antifreeze.
6) added some stuff claimed 20 deg cooler-called : Hy-Per Lube/Hy-Per Lube super coolant. Have no idea if it made a difference. Tried anything to reduce temps. Had trouble getting all the air out and the radiiator filled with that 90 degree elbow into the radiator. WHY did they do that-for clearance but surely something better to do. Temps ran below 200 degree when got the air out. And it is a hot day today, 90's
7) Rigged in a switch just for smog to turn on the aux fan for the entire test.
8) New Plugs, rotor, cap, wires- Stock Autozone stuff. Used Champion R9y type plugs rather than the 12 heat range called for.
9) Checked vacuum lines, etc
10) Changed oil. All synthetic. Used the New Platinum synthetic. Don't think it mattered. Went for the $1 off per gallon gas offer.
11) Chevron Highest octane gas for the test. I did run Seafoam in it about 6 months ago but still failed miserably. Think the coolant temps helped a lot!
12) And mostly, the help from the guys on this forum to keep at it.

Now have to deal with front end. Bushings, tie rod etc.... But I love my Jeep again!
Wish it was 4WD. Maybe a conversion down the road

Thanks guys!! Beer celebration tonight.

Now a fun issue after this smog. Seems that I just passed smog. Registration coming due in October. Kept my Jeep in the garage since last smog requirement working on it. Took occasional test drives. Drives to Muffler shops, etc. Then finally passed it and passed well. So great. Registration due in October. I was told that now I'm up to current. But I will have to SMOG Again !!! 4 months later !!! What a bleeping screwed up state. Have to follow procedure. So have to spend more money to pass a smog I just passed. Kick me in the backside again ca, I so love it. Common sense HUH ?!
