Dana 30 front Axle Seals. Command track CAD Disco

I feel your pain, Don. I did mine today... well, I finished today. I made a press very similar to the one TransAm created and it worked perfectly. I came up with the idea for the press at 3am this morning while muttering obscenities and scratching my head with two tacoed $15 710202s laying in a pool of 85-140.
Let me know if you decide to straighten out that intermediate shaft seal and I'll send it to you (as long as you send it back ). I think Pete has my email address.

I did make it a couple thousand miles now with it not leaking, even a tad crocked.

Sorry to revive an old thread but i just pulled a 85 xj d30 with 4.10 gears. The plan is to go pull or order 95+ xj shafts and get rod of that cad b.s. system. The question is what inner seal should i order for the cad side? Will a stock 95 non cad seal work or is the housing different for the cad axle?

Not sure here, but I suspect it would accept the same (inner) seal. You might start a new thread if the guys don't find you here.
Cruiser54 or Freedgr likely would be happy to help, (amognst others). Send one or both a PM.....

Hi Beater. Yep, each and every one of us was there at some point! On the main page for OEM Tech, top left is a blue box says, "new thread".
To find that one would go to cherokeeforum.com There there is a section "OEM Cherokee Technical" (OEM is Origional Equipment Manufacture),or something like that. (Not modified, not a Grand ect).
Those lines above, on the page right now with the ">" between shows where we are now. You can click on any of them to go back from here.
So anyway here is OEM Tech> https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/
