We replaced the headlight switch, first.

Yes bad headlight switch will blow that fuse. Changing the headlight switch without first disconnecting the battery will also blow it.

Just make sure to be gentle when dealing with the pieces bc they ate brittle and plastic. To get the map lights loose you need to snap the push covers out of place and it slides off the mount.

It's a pain but like I said just take your time. You'll see the screws the rest is pretty self explanatory but if you get hung up ask here so nothing gets broken!
