Dash Pad Crack
My dask has a few small cracks in the vynil. Is there a easy way to fix it or replace it with a new one? I like to keep it looking nice since it is my DD. It is a 1995 too..

I don't know but I managed to put a few small cracks in mine yesterday when I was prying out the defrost bezel so I'll comment on this, bring it back to the top, and wait to see if anyone has ideas. The likely solution would be to remove the instrument cover, strip it, and reupholster it. Once that vinyl gets brittle, I don't think there's a way to make it stop cracking but maybe someone knows better.

Well, you can google DIY plastic dash repair....there are lots of kits out there.
Back-in-the-day I worked at a used car lot and there was a fellow who specialized in dash repair...he had a mobile repair operation and came by once a week. Anyway, he would fill the cracks with a quick-dry silicone and, as it was drying, press one of several texture patterns into it to match the existing texture. When it was dry, he took out his handy-dandy airbrush and paint set, matched the color and blended it in.....all in about 30 minutes.
My point is, maybe one of the nicer used car places could get you in contact with someone like that. It may/may not be a better deal than replacing the whole thing.
Just a thought....
