Default Deleting A/C Condenser

I don't use my A/C (It's R12 and I don't want to convert it) and my A/C condenser is bent to hell. I am wondering if I can remove the condenser and just run a hose from the feed to the return line and call it done? This would open up free flowing air to the radiator, and give more room for my B&M trans cooler that's in the mail. I use my A/C for heat in the winter because it actually works very well as heat... would I still be able to do this? I also have plans to turn the A/C compresser into an OBA setup in the future... is this still possible without the condenser?

No condensor = no A/C.

OBA setup would not require a condenser only the compressor.

Have the system professionally drained and have at it. You can just cap off the fittings that run into cab via the firewall. They even have an AC bypass pulley which can be used for some years, not sure exactly which. Im sure a quick scan of El Google would solve that mystery.

Good luck

Thank you. So even though my system doesn't have any charge left it still needs to be drained? There are no kits to do it yourself?

EDIT: What all can I delete while keeping the compresser in working order? I'm 100% new to the whole A/C system minus doing a small amount of research on converting the system to r134. Work with me =)
